1.To have a church in which every member of the body fulfills his or her destiny together in unity and love.
2.To have a "family-based" church in which families are strengthened to stand against the world's pressures; to have a church in which people of all ages can find their place in the family of God. (Ephesians 2:14-19)
3.To have a church that is both "salt" and "light" in our community, our city, our surrounding area, our state, our nation, and the world. "A voice in the wilderness" to bring in the tired, the hurting, the hungry, the poor, and the unwanted into a loving relationship with Jesus Christ and the family of God.
4.To develop a team of leaders to care for the people of God in the local church so that we may develop a loving atmosphere in which people of all ages receive ministry to meet their individual needs.
5.To have a New Testament church asstated in the Book of Acts.
6.To receive, accept, and submit to the total lordship of the Lord Jesus, seeking his direction in all things, the Bible being our infallible guide for all matters of faith and life.
7.To have a strong Christian education program meeting the needs of the people of God, building godly character and actions.
8.To develop and receive the five-fold gift ministries--apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, both in our midst and through visiting ministries. (Ephesians 4:11-13)
9.   To function and fulfill our purpose as a royal priesthood. (1 Peter 2:5-9)
    a. Ministry to the Lord--becoming a city of worship through personal,
        relational,and corporate worship.
    b. Ministry to believers--building up the family of God by teaching and building
        interpersonal relationships.
    c. Ministry to the world--evangelism, both personal and public.
    d. Ministry against satan and his kingdom--to have a spiritual armory for
        equipping believers for spiritual warfare.
10.To see the kingdom of God established in the hearts and lives of men and women of all races, genders, and ages, who are under Christ's lordship, as committed, related, submitted, and obedient servants of God. In other words, to see this church as a visible demonstration and instrument of the kingdom of God on the earth.
